Rebel Ridge: A Must Watched Movie

The new action movie features on Netflix’s Top 10 List by a new movie after being released on September 6, 2024, Rebel Ridge is one of the best Netflix original movies in ages, possibly ever. According to Forbes, Rebel Ridge is just the polar opposite, a killer slow burn action film and a star-maker for Aaron Pierre. It’s absolutely worth watching if you haven’t seen it yet, and however unlikely, I’d really like to see a sequel. If not, just put Pierre in more stuff. Jeremy Saulnier, the Writer/Director unpacks the long road to his Netflix Hit. In its first week of release the movie, which stars Aaron Pierre as a former Marine who heads to a small town to post bail for his cousin and finds himself in an increasingly labyrinthine conspiracy, amassed a whopping 31.2 million views (according to Netflix). Yahoo news describes the movie as “exciting, engaging, stimulating entertainment.” Plus, every cool kid you follow on Letterboxd is watching, rating and talking about it. Spoil alert, the movie’s physicality, at its most vital, is infinitesimal. Just look for yourself.
